About Me
Documentarist. Storyteller. Cinematographer.
After graduating in Audiovisual and Multimedia Production in Slovakia, I studied Film and Television at the University of Edinburgh in the UK and Griffith Film School in Australia. I interned 3 years at TV JOJ, the largest public Slovak TV channel and then worked for LiveLab, an Australian film production company, as a Content Creator and Director. In the UK, while working on my own documentary films, I participate in multiple BBC and Netflix fiction and factual content productions.

I am a keen documentary filmmaker interested in stories from the areas of medicine, environment, politics, society and human rights.

My films have been screened and awarded worldwide - one of my films made in Australia has recently won the Best Film award at The Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival, the largest open-air film festival in the Southern Hemisphere.

In the past, I have secured 6 awards and 24 nominations in the National Prize for Young Filmmakers in Slovakia, won 3rd place in the International EC-Day Film Contest and my films are screened at film festivals like This Human World in Vienna, Marin County International Film Festival in California and PLURAL+ in New York. A series of documentaries I made is now a part of the educational portfolio in Slovakia. For these achievements, I was also awarded a prestigious prize by the Mayor of Bratislava.
